The PCS girls soccer team has had a tremendous 2025-2026 season so far! As of January 26th, 2026, the lady pumas stay undefeated with a 6-0 scoring, not including preseason matches. PCS is in the PCAL – Mission League and currently stands as the No.1 team, they’re ranked 172nd in California and 488th Nationally.
To get some opinions from a few ladies on the team, Piper Garrett (Junior), who plays right wing, and Natalia Aladro-Wolf (Junior), being a six, AKA defensive midfield were interviewed to see their inside scoop on the team and their victories. Piper also expanded on how her relationship with the other teammates is, “so close, everyone enjoys each other’s company and we are all supportive and we positively uplift each other, even when we make mistakes”
Clearly one can see that the team is very close and each lady puma raises the hype and stoke of the team. Both Natalia and Piper can agree to the supportive and fun aspects of being on the team as they explain their favorite parts of being on the team.
“The PCS girls team is such a supportive environment. Whether you’re cheering from the bench or screaming your head off when one of your friends scores, the girls make everything fun even during after school games and night practices” Piper states. Natalia also says, “My favorite part is playing with all my friends and being able to both have fun and be competitive at the same time” This balance is crucial to any competitive team sport and the lady pumas are dominating this aspect of team camaraderie.
This year has been incredible for the girls soccer team and both girls explained their stroke and love of the community on the team. Natalia states, “It’s pretty good to be undefeated, we have a really good team this year, and there’s a great atmosphere with the team”. PCS girls soccer has gone the entire season undefeated and continue to be in high spirits as they make their way through the season. The community among the girls is almost as undefeatable as their wins, as many of them have been playing together for years and have built strong connections over time.
